Whether it’s a weekend or same-day servicing, we do not charge a consultation fee. When the first hour passes, we charge per 15-minute which keeps your bill to the minimum.
NO HIDDEN FEES
You will not be exploited in the name of hidden charges. All the costs charged will be explained in detail and you will be charged a flat rate. This will not include call out fees or travel time.
POST THE FIRST HOUR
The majority of the technical problems get solved on or before the completion of the first hour. But, sometimes, if it takes long, we will keep you abreast of the status.
Please note that Reliable Computers DO NOT bill for the same-day services and over 90% of the appointments are scheduled for that.
WHEN THE PROBLEM GETS SOLVED BEFORE AN HOUR, WHAT ELSE WE MAY ASK THE EXPERT TECHNICIAN TO PERFORM?
This situation will arise when you have already paid the technician for an hour and he completes the task before the stipulated time. You can then avail any of the following services (as the time permits) to complete the remaining time.

|ü You may ask him to remove spyware, virus, and malware|
|ü You may ask him to retrieve missing or lost personal data|

Yes! You can avail our same day Managed IT Support services at no additional cost. Unfortunately, at times, we may not be able to respond to your calls due to high demand.
- What is the reason behind charging on an hourly basis even when it may/may not take that much time?
We charge on the hourly basis to make sure that our services are within the reach of each of our clients.
- Is there any guarantee for the work done?
Yes! If you find that the work done by the technician is not up to the mark, you can let us know within a month and we would fix it for free. If you still face any issues, we will refund your money, though the chances of arising such a situation are grim.
- If I buy any hardware from you, will you provide me with a warranty for the same?
Yes! We do provide a year’s warranty on all the hardware products.
- What time will the technician arrive? Will I have to wait an entire day for him to come and look into the matter?
No! The technician will come at the time which you have asked him to. We will arrange for an appointment that suits you.
NO CALL OUT FEE
We do not charge a ‘Call Out’ fee whether it is same day servicing or the weekend. After the initial minimum first hour we charge in 15-minute blocks. Keeping your bill down as low as possible.

Most technical issues are resolved within the first hour. But if this is not the case your computer tech will always keep you in the loop.
