2010 Hurstville Excellence in Business Awards

Mayor of Hurstville, Cr Philip Sansom congratulated local business operators for their hard work and dedication at the 2010 Hurstville Excellence in Business Awards last night.

Mayor Sansom said more than 350 people attended the Council event which recognised the outstanding contributions of Hurstville City businesses to economic and community life.

"The Awards are an opportunity for Council to highlight businesses leading the way in their sectors, and showcase the vast array of products, services and lifestyles that are on offer in our City,” he said.

"It is the vision and creativity of local businesses which will ensure the success of the local economy over the coming years.”
